Hi,

I am a historian of architecture, infrastructure, and urbanization based in Miami, Florida. My research focuses on the Americas at the turn of the twentieth century.

After studying architecture at McGill University and the University of Toronto, I received a Ph.D. in Architecture from Columbia University in 2023. I am currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Architecture at Florida International University (FIU).

Before coming to FIU, I was a 2023–24 Princeton-Mellon Fellow in Architecture, Urbanism, and the Humanities at Princeton University. I have also worked as an editor and researcher at the Temple Hoyne Buell Center for the Study of American Architecture at Columbia University and the Canadian Centre for Architecture in Montreal.

I currently sit on the Board of Directors of the Aggregate Architectural History Collaborative and am a co-editor of the group's online platform, we-aggregate.org.
